Still riding the high from his largest year to date with three separate WAKAAN EPs and two stand alone singles, Ravenscoon skyrockets further with his debut SSKWAN EP, Translucent. Weighing in at four tracks in total, the multifarious artist expands on his novelty downtempo sound, applying an abundance of fluid production techniques; a total and complete change of pace from his trademark bass-heavy sound. Pulling elements from garage and crossing the threshold into wave music, Ravenscoon embodies the essence of SSKWAN and showcases his artistic versatility to the fullest extent.

With 2022 filled to the brim with large scale festivals among the likes of Sonic Bloom, Summer Camp, WAKAAN Music Festival, Hulaween, Freaky Deaky, and more, Ravenscoon is already paving the way into 2023 with packed-house performances at Gem & Jam, Bass Country, Excision’s Mile High, and is currently slated for Sol Fest, Sunset Music Festival, and Beyond Wonderland at the Gorge. With more still in store to be announced, he continues to propel upwards in the electronic music scene.

“Translucent is my take on some of my favorite melodic bass music - wave, hard wave, future garage, and downtempo. I’m currently in the midst of writing my debut album and I found myself with a handful of beautiful tracks that just didn’t quite have a place. I revamped them, rearranged them, and livened them up to be a cohesive wave-esque EP that provides a refreshing relief to my previous dubstep EP COLLIDE that dropped in December on WAKAAN.”

I keep playing and playing this over and over again.
